We sell products to companies and adults in the EU. These delivery terms are suitable for ordering products in our online store and for similar deliveries.

We reserve the right to change the delivery terms unilaterally without prior notice, so please read our delivery terms every time before ordering products from our online store.

These delivery terms are valid from 1.3.2021.

Products and product prices

The features and prices of e-commerce products are presented in connection with the presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so the customer must check the prices from the shopping cart before accepting the order. Product prices include VAT, which appears in the shopping cart and order confirmation.

Delivery fees

The delivery costs charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method, and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. Shipping costs can be seen in the shopping cart before order acceptance.

Ordering and contract

The customer can order products in our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart, confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, the customer is required to read and commit to our current delivery terms.

An accepted and confirmed order is – except as mentioned later in the right of cancellation – binding and creates an agreement with these delivery terms between the customer and the seller.

The customer must provide a valid personal e-mail address in connection with the order, to which the order confirmation can be delivered.

Payment and payment methods

The customer can choose the most suitable payment method from the payment method options we offer:

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer’s email. The order confirmation also verifies the payment method used. If for any unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Method of delivery

The order is delivered to the customer by the delivery method mentioned in the online store, which the customer chooses in connection with the order.

We do not deliver orders by letter so that we can guarantee order tracking.

We only deliver inside the EU.

Delivery time

The order is processed and the products sent to the post office are delivered to the logistics authority as a rule within two working days, but no later than within seven days of receipt of the order.

The delivery of the package to the customer takes about 1 to 5 more days, depending on the transport company.

Frida Fiasko Design is not responsible for the transport company’s operations or delays.

Right of cancellation

The customer has the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel the order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods or, in the case of regular delivery of goods, receiving the first batch of goods.

The customer should note that for hygiene reasons, the right of return does not apply to accessories used on the face or products comparable to underwear.

The cancellation notice must be made clearly by email to the “Cancellation Notice” email address below.

If necessary, the customer must prove that the goods have been returned on time, for example with a return receipt. The customer must pay the cost of the return; these costs will not be reimbursed to the returner. The customer has the right to cancel the order at no extra charge if the order has not yet been delivered for transport.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for return. If the transaction is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been made to the Return address mentioned below.

When returning a delivered order, the customer must include the following information in the return:

• Name
• Contact information
• Reason of returning

We will refund the money paid by the customer for the order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Transmission check, errors and problem situations

The customer must check the delivery as soon as it arrives. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order or is defective, the customer must notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and no later than 14 days so that we can agree to correct the defect.

In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding liability for errors.

Limitation of liability

Frida Fiasko Design shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential or other damages in connection with the order, delivery or product, or for any of the foregoing, except as otherwise provided by a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law in respect of such damage.

Disagreements

We strive to resolve any disagreements regarding orders primarily through agreement, so we ask the customer to contact our Customer Service to arrange the matter.

If the dispute concerning the trade agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice of the Local Register Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
